  3. Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
  4. Maintain records by microfilming invoices, debits, and credits
  5. Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments and customers
  6. Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
  7. Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures
  8. Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department
  9. Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verifying totals and preparing report
  10. Perform bank reconciliations and perform timely closing of monthly accounting process AR Balance including offsets of Debits and Credits
  11. Responsible for petty cash, commission preparation and checking
  12. Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Work Scope
  1. Plan, publish, manage and report day-to-day social engagements, campaigns and website content
  2. Plan, publish, manage and report day-to-day online sales platform (LAZADA, 11STREET, SHOPEE etc)
  3. Knowledgeable in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and related social media advertising/engagement tools
  4. Sourcing and coordinating with social media influencer, bloggers or with other digital agencies
  5. Good writing and verbal communication skills
  6. Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with an analytic mindset and critical thinking
  7. Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers
  8. Digital connection with customers to launch optimized online adverts through google and social media platforms
  9. To handle all enquiries from customers (customer service experience will be an added advantage)
  10. Organize and drive promotion for all online marketplaces
  11. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
